Coach Harder was recognized for a series of significant accomplishments including: winning 3 State Team Titles; coaching 286 state medal events (the 2nd highest in the history of State); and producing 34 State event champions and one World Champion (Tim Rusan). 13 of his Assistant Coaches now coach teams of their own and prior to being inducted into the The Hall of Fame, Coach Harder was voted MTCCCA Coach of The Year 5 times, and Missouri Associated Coach of the Year twice.More 2014 MTCCCA Hall of Fame
